We take privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, why — and the things we'll never do with it.

The core promise

We will never share, sell, publish, or discuss your information with anyone outside our small team.

Your name, photo, application, and any notes from your vetting call stay private. Not posted online. Not shared on social. Not sold to data brokers. Not handed to advertisers. Not discussed with family, friends, media, or any third party. The women you meet on the trip don't see your application either — introductions happen in person, after vetting.

What we collect

When you submit an application, we collect:

  • Your name, email and phone number
  • Your age, location and travel preferences
  • Your preferences about the women you'd like to meet — age range, education, family intent, body type
  • Notes from your 30-minute vetting call

What we use it for

Strictly the running of this tour. Specifically:

  • Reviewing your application
  • The vetting call
  • If you're invited: matching you with women in advance of the trip, and sending you logistics
  • If you're not invited this cohort: a possible shortlist invitation for the next one (only if you've asked)

What we will never do

  • Sell your data — ever, to anyone, for any price
  • Share your name, photo, or application with other applicants
  • Publish your information online, on social media, or in marketing
  • Discuss your application with family, friends, employers, media, or any third party
  • Run third-party advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or retargeting pixels on you
  • Use your details for any purpose outside this tour

How long we keep it

  • If you travel with us: we keep records for 7 years after the trip (Australian tax and insurance retention requirement).
  • If you're not accepted and don't want to be shortlisted: we delete your data within 90 days of the decision.
  • If you've asked to be shortlisted for the next tour: we keep your application until the next cohort runs, then re-confirm with you.
  • You can request immediate deletion at any time. We honour it within 7 days.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in a password-protected, encrypted CRM hosted by Australian-region providers. Access is restricted to the small team running the tour. We do not store payment card details on our servers — those go directly to our payment processor, which is independently PCI-compliant.

Your rights under Australian Privacy Law

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold on you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Request immediate deletion
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au)

Cookies and tracking

We use minimal essential cookies (form state, anti-spam). We do not run third-party behavioural advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or session-replay tools. We don't sell or share browsing data with anyone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. If we make a material change (e.g. a new category of data, a new third-party provider), we'll email everyone whose data we currently hold before the change takes effect.
